BBC reporting that the CRJ has split in two and is in the Potomac. CNN saying that part of it is fully submerged & divers are on scene.

Question for the CRJ700 pilots: If you're already in a left turn, right wing high, and the helicopter is approaching you from below, at roughly 2 o'clock, is it even possible to see it?

In a horrible irony, the father of the First Officer involved is a former Black Hawk pilot. Although I knew the names of the crew last night I held off saying anything, but this is now in the public domain: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-revealed.html
